Shipping Policy

1. General Information At 9FOLDS, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated prices and delivery times:
- For orders in Europe (UK and CH excluded), the price ranges from 6€ to 12€ euros and the package will take approximately 3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in UK and CH the price will be 20€. The package will take approximately 3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in US the price will be 30€. The package will take approximately 3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in CA the price will be 35€. The package will take approximately 3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore shipping price is 35€ and the package will take approximately 3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in Australia, shipping price is 45€ and the package will take approximately 3/4 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in countries / continents not listed above shipping price will be dynamically computed at checkout. In any cases, the package won’t take more then 7 working days to arrive.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to almost all destinations excluding North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Iran. If your location is not listed, please contact us at hi@9folds.shop to check availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

8. Returns & Refunds
